Workshop cancellation policy

 

Workshops with less than 3 participants shall unfortunately be cancelled 48 to 24 hours in advance. You will receive your purchase amount back within 7 days.

If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, you can cancel by sending an email to hello@ilseknook.com

For canceling a workshop, the following conditions apply:

 

Cancellation a week (7 days) or more before the workshop:

You will receive a voucher worth 100% of the workshop value to spend on a new workshop or in the webshop.

Cancellation 6 or 5 days before the workshop:

You will receive a voucher worth 75% of the workshop value to spend on a new workshop or in the webshop.

Cancellation 4 or 3 days before the workshop:

You will receive a voucher worth 50% of the workshop value to spend on a new workshop or in the webshop.

A cancellation 48 hours or less before the workshop cannot be compensated.

 

It is also permitted to arrange a replacement for your place during the workshop, please give notice as soon as possible by emailing hello@ilseknook.com
