How cool is it to drink from a self-made mug, or to create the perfect vase for your flowers?
 
During this workshop you will craft a colorful mug, vase, or jug out of clay! In this workshop, you'll learn to create your own mug, vase, or jug in two sessions.
In the first session, you'll learn the basic techniques of working with clay to create your own ceramic pieces. After this session, the objects need to dry and will then be fired in the kiln in Ilse's studio.
In the second session, you'll paint your fired work, which is called bisqueware, with patterns or illustrations in various glazes. After the second firing, the mugs, vases, and jugs will appear in shiny, bright colors from the kiln, and are ready for pickup or can be shipped to you.

This workshop takes place in Ilse's studio in Zwolle.
If there are multilingual participants, the workshop will be in English, with extra explanations in Dutch if necessary. If there are only Dutch participants, the workshop will be in Dutch.
Two to three weeks after the workshop, you can schedule a pickup appointment at Ilse's studio, or to have your ceramics shipped to you. Shipping costs will apply.
